We are Swiss and are traveling for a few months with our Fiat Ducato Campervan. Suddenly our Truma Diesel heater started to smoke when we started it, which was a bit scary. We researched on the Truma Website where we could find somebody who offered Truma Service. Pat Horan Motors ltd came up and we decided spontaneously to drive to the place. After a warm welcome the son of Pat instantly looked at our problem, unscrewed things, blew air into it and 15 minutes later the problem was solved. What a great expertise this company has. He new exactly where to look and what to do, very professional. Thank you very much for taking care so fast and fix the heater, which we are really happy to have in these temperatures. This is a family run business. It may be be in the middle of the country just on the edge of the local village but it’s service is second to none. They will help all they can over the phone or if you call in. They have new and secondhand motorhomes on the forecourt. I got my Truma heating repaired here and was delighted with the overall service.
Only a couple of days ago, we collected our dream come true Camper from Pat Horan Motors Ltd. We checked the company out in arriving with our 30 year old VW LT, wondering if they would look after us if we’d have an issue with the Oldie. Tristan Horan was very welcoming and approachable. That’s why we went back after some time and to make a long story short we bought a brand new Adria Compact. All the adjustments we desired have been done very skillfully and in the time promised. We only recommend companies we feel strongly about their service because selling is ‘easy’. Pat, Olivia and Tristan prooved that they value their customers and provide an excellent after sale service. We therefore highly recommend this very friendly family business to anybody.

The best in Ireland by a long way!!! I have bought all my motor homes from Pat Horan Motors. Why? For quality products and after sales service. I had a problem with my 10 reg. Adria Matrix base vehicle. Fiat Ireland, Fiat Europe and Fiat dealers in Ireland couldn’t and wouldn’t attempt to help me. Calls and emails went unacknowledged and unanswered. The problem is a common fault in Fiat vehicles built around 2010 but the company doesn’t accept that this is the case. Tristan from Horan Motors solved the problem using genuine Fiat parts!!!! He spent many hours painstakingly researching the problem and coming up with a viable solution. It was a matter of pride for him that his customer was looked after. I am very happy and I recommend Pat Horan Motors for sales and services. And….the next generation is already being trained up to continue this fine tradition.
